Job Responsibilities:
- Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
- Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
- Maintains organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
- Report in detail any suspicious incidents.
- Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements
- Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment
- Perform first aid or CPR
Job Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as a security guard or relevant experience
- Trained security officer with diploma
- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the continuous monitoring and protection of facilities, personnel and information systems. Evaluate suspected security breaches and recommend corrective actions
- Identifies safety and security hazards and buildings not properly secured
- Effectively performs all duties expected of Security Officers. Ensures the timely and accurate submission of clear and concise written incident reports
- Acts as a coach and positive role model for staff by establishing & maintaining a safe work environment that fosters positive morale.
- Appropriately monitors and addresses performance issues, applying corrective or disciplinary action when needed.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the supervision of the security guards
- Ensure all the officers have reported to work and are assigned duties
- Organizes the work schedule, including the officers’ rotations and breaks
- Inspects the team to ensure they are wearing their uniforms properly and have all their equipment
- Documents all the daily occurrences within the security department
- Receives verbal and written reports from subordinates and takes any follow up actions and uses this information to compile comprehensive security reports for management
Job Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have experience as a security guard, police officer or military police officer
- Must have training and experience working with electronic monitoring systems
- Have a valid driver’s license and no criminal record
- Organized, have a keen eye for detail, trustworthy, and able to manage others effectively

Job Responsibilities:
- Train and schedule programs and functions to security personnel
- Evaluate, assess and analyze performance of security personnel
- Initiate disciplinary measures wherever necessary.
- Keep the premises free from all kinds of dangers.
- Develop and implement preventative measures against accidents, thefts and other risks.
- Ensure compliance of applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measures.
- Maintains safe and secure environment for customers and employees by scheduling and completing security assignments; supervise staff
- Assigns areas for his officers to patrol and presents a list of potential problems his officers should be on the lookout for
- Responsible for monitoring the electronic surveillance equipment such as the CCTV and burglar alarms used on the premises are working properly and reports any breakdowns of the security systems to management
- Leads periodic safety drills for employees and patrons in the business.
Job Skills and Qualifications:
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Must have a good working knowledge of management practices and principles
- With critical thinking skills who can quickly observe a situation and make the appropriate response

- Plan and roster for their off days and urgent leave
- Resolve disciplinary and security operational issues

- Attend client meetings

- Attended Security courses e.g. Certificate in Security Operations or Diploma in Security Management or relevant courses
- Must have valid Security license
